Trip to Blefjell

Hello again.

This is a second part to this trip as you already have the plan. Here is the reflection.
Apart from the physical part , the thing I loved the most was the view. It was amazing. Layers of white sheets around the whole place and weighing down the trees.

Back to otherwise. I'm not a bad skier and I gave myself a two out of three in the beginning. I have been skiing a lot when I was in first grade and fourth grade. In fact I used to ski to school. I skied casually and never really leart how to ski so I do not know most of the techniques.

I set my goal to the first route in the relay as mentioned in my video plan but just kept this as a goal to achieve quickly, but continue skiing along the path. I wanted to this so I would still reach the station on good time, but also knowing that I can ski more than that and I should reach for higher goal and continue. This didn't work out as I decided to take a short brake and then continue and by then I had nobody to ski with,

________

Skiing downhill towards my destination finished before I knew it with about two falls.
This is what I learnt from falling:

1) Get up and continue. You can do this!
2) Do not follow a ready-made track downhill if it has been along the path. This would definitely lead to falling (or hopefully not, but this is what I experienced plenty of times)

In all I learnt how to get up on my skis again as I hadn't been skiing for a while. I also learnt that there are two types of wax to use on the skis depending on what the temperature is. There is a blue pack and a pink pack. What I still have to learn which I know about is that how do you know if your skis need to be waxed.
